Empire Community Health Center Open House & Renaming Dedication

Please join us to celebrate and rename the Empire Community Health Center. This open house will provide community members the opportunity to tour the facility, meet providers, and learn more about the healthcare services available. Light refreshments, hors d’oeuvres, and family-friendly activities will be provided.

Over the past several years Munson Healthcare Paul Oliver Memorial Hospital has worked closely with staff and providers to build a robust medical home in Empire. The center in Empire now offers laboratory and physical therapy services, pharmacy, and the Empire Family Care physician clinic. Empire Family Care also recently welcomed two new physicians to the area, Katie Krezoski-Evans, DO and Cyrus Ghaemi, DO.
