Family friendly Empire Beach—featuring a playground, grilling equipment and fire rings, and an historic lighthouse—is only a few blocks from downtown. Only minutes away and accessible by bike or car is North Bar and Esch Road beach. Here and on surrounding shorelines, visitors can explore Lake Michigan for miles, enjoying bright blue water and panoramic views.
